Alex Simpson said to us this morning “The CoVid19 situation is surreal ” and I think that sums up how everyone is feeling.
Everyone is doing their best to stop the spread of the virus and save lives, which is of course the most important thing right now. We applaud the government for putting strong measures in place to ensure Covid19 does not take hold in PNG.
However, we want to assure our buyers and any potential buyers that we are moving forward with our project. Alex Simpson, our construction manager, is on the ground in POM getting everything ready for when we are allowed to work.
When we advised by the government that we are allowed to begin work, we immediately commence the civil works at Tranquility Estate.
Our first round of contracts will be settling in the next few weeks, assuming banks remain open and government departments reopen. We are hopeful that they will. So that’s very exciting, the first step towards our buyers having a beautiful Australian standard home.
We have 6 lots remaining in Tranquility Estate. The remaining lots range from 640 m2 blocks to 1020 m2 blocks. We have modified our designs for a couple of buyers and would be willing to do so again for a good buyer, within reason. If you had something in mind, just give us a call and we can discuss whether or not it is possible.
If you are interested and would like more information, please email us at [email protected] Alex Simpson is still meeting with prospective buyers while practicing social distancing and engaging in good hygiene practices.
