Mark Newnham of JLL (as agent for DFAT) said that they were extremely satisfied with BCPM. First of all, they said the works were completed to a high standard. And secondly, they said there was excellent communication. It was also of particular note that Alex Simpson and the BCPM team was adaptable and flexible which allowed for changes as the job progressed.
