Alex Simpson was excited to get our stand alone house to lock up stage and is even more excited now the kitchen is installed. A kitchen is the focus point of anyhome and therefore so important to have exactly what you want. Alex Simpson is still working hard on our residential estate in Hohola at the moment as well. We like to keep him busy! The civil works are almost completed which means our buyers can settle their land contracts and then we start construction of their homes. Everyone has been very pateint with the issues with COVID casing delays so we are so excited to get started on building the houses.
